Q How to handle defective goods received?: A
Please provide photos or videos for verification. We will arrange rework or replacement for quality problems caused by our production.

Q How about product packaging and shipping arrangements?: A
Standard anti-scratch packaging. We can cooperate with your designated forwarder or arrange delivery for you.

Q What payment terms do you accept?: A
We accept T/T. Normally 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment.

Q Who owns the mould after development?: A
The mould belongs to you once all mould costs are fully settled, and we will keep it safely for repeated orders.

Q How can I get an accurate quotation?: A
Please provide drawings, dimensions, material requirements and order quantity. We will send you a formal quotation within 24 hours.

Q What is your normal production lead time?: A
Standard lead time is 7–15 working days, depending on product structure and order volume.

Q Do you support OEM & ODM custom housings?: A
Yes. We develop metal and plastic housings according to your drawings or physical samples.

Q Can I get samples before mass production? Are samples free?: A
Sample production is available. Sample fees and mould charges will be confirmed separately; fees can be partly refunded upon bulk orders.
