Outdoor Power Bank Enclosure

We offer custom plastic mold development for outdoor power station enclosures. We can build new molds according to your 3D drawings or samples. Available processing: injection molding, CNC drilling, slotting, punching, port cut-outs, silk-screen printing & laser marking. Support mold modification and secondary mold adjustment for structure upgrade.

Main material options: ABS, ABS+PC blend, PC, PP. Materials feature anti-impact, weather-resistant, anti-aging performance for outdoor scenarios. Complex processing includes multi-directional buckle structure, deep-rib reinforcement, precise port cutouts. Main production challenges: consistent wall thickness, avoiding shrinkage marks, precise fit for upper-lower housing, stable assembly tolerance for outdoor power shell. Strict inspection for appearance and dimension.

We own independent mold workshop & injection molding workshop. Complete in-house service: mold design & making, mold testing, mass injection production. No outsourcing, better quality control & shorter lead time. We handle mold maintenance by ourselves. Support prototype trial, small-batch order and mass bulk production.
